Commercial boilers are the future for commercial businesses. A boiler is a closed vessel in which fluids are heated. Much like us here at BHL – our range of commercial boilers achieve excellent efficiency. Commercial boilers are pressurized systems that burn combustible fuel or use electricity to heat water that is used to provide heating in your building. Inside the boiler, the burners or electric coils generate heat that is transferred to the water by the heat exchanger. This process creates either hot water or steam, the water or steam then enters the radiators or other components that disperse the heat providing the heating you need to keep the area warm and comfortable – your wellbeing is in the best interests of the staff here at BHL. Commercial boilers usually include; a burner; a combustion chamber; heat exchanger; controls; and exhaust sack. Which sort of fuel, and what temperature the water is heated t, depends on the need of the commercial industry, and the type of boiler used. At BHL we like to keep waste at a minimum, therefore we won’t waste time in helping you find the perfect boiler. Commercial boilers and installation will generally cost more than installing domestic boilers, however are more specific to the job they are made to do.
What’s that output?
With boilers starting at 30KW blazing right up to 620KW, BHL can always find the right boiler for you. The output is the amount of heat used; the output/input ratio gives the efficiency of the boiler. Having to heat larger surface areas, commercial boilers need a higher output to ensure they can do their job as well as we do here at BHL. A boilers output should be paired with the heat load of the house. Not only can we guarantee a specific output, we can also supply boilers of difference width, length and height, along with the flow rate and warranty. Our easy to use website allows you to search for a boiler using what matters to you. Search by warranty, height, and output. With such a wide range of boilers we can guarantee we will have the boiler you’re looking for, if not why not call our friendly team at BHL? BHL are here to help you find the boiler that suits your home.
To install a boiler you need a qualified, gas safe registered installer to carry out a survey of your home and advise you of the type of boiler you need for all your heating and hot water requirements. They will look at your existing system to determine whether you need any replacement pipework or controls. BHL would like to remind you that if you’re planning to install renewable technology you need to check that and engineer working on it is registered with the Microgeneration Certification Scheme. BHL recommend you have someone qualified in the profession, install your boiler – if you were to install your own boiler its warranty would then be void. Once the boiler is installed you have 30 days to register it, for a warranty to be valid the boiler must be registered. BHL don’t personally install commercial boilers however the friendly team here can help you find an installer, because we’d like your installation to be as easy and relaxed as we are.

System boilers require a cylinder for storing hot water, however the major heating and hot water system components are built in the boiler itself, making it a lot quicker and easier to install. In addition, there is no need for a tank in the loft space or where the space is earmarked for a conversion. These boilers are also compatible with solar water heating systems, which deliver environmental benefits as well as low energy bills. System boilers are ideal for homes with more than one bathroom that need a constant supply of hot water to any number of taps at the same time.
Heat distribution units’ compromise of two heat exchangers, providing instant domestic hot water at a regulated temperature and the second for space heating within the property. The unit is indirect so the primary heating circuit is hydraulically separated from the property space heating by a plate heat exchanger. The unit operates only when space heating is required ensuring energy efficient operation. Suitable for both new-build and retrofit installations, the heat exchanger unit are fully compatible with other brands of heating and hot water technology.
