Acceptance of order

Please be aware that this is not a confirmation of our accepting your order. You will receive a second email confirming our acceptance of your order. A contract will only exist when this email has been generated. This will allow us to carry out an off-line check to confirm where possible the authorised use of your credit/debit card and to confirm stock availability before recording the transaction with your card centre. We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason. Any errors or omissions in any catalogue, sales literature, price list, dispatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by Us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on Our part. When writing to Us You must quote your purchase order/ reference number.

General Sales

All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. BHL.co.uk will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site/ mail order until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via our secure server and or via telephone/ mail/ fax. Please allow 12 working days for clearance of personal cheques. I/We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale. This information will be used for fraud prevention or debt recovery. All prices quoted are for new products (unless stated) and are priced in pounds sterling excluding vat at current rates. Price includes delivery to any mainland UK address Monday to Friday. Please contact us for details for delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Offshore Islands and Export. Saturday deliveries are possible (dependant on area). An invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT will be supplied.

Delivery

We will contact you once in receipt of any order to arrange a delivery day alternatively our supplier/courier will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. Alternatively you may wish to telephone us with your order to arrange a convenient date when placing the order. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond the control of the Company: including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delay by suppliers. Delivery will normally be 3 to 4 working days from the clearance of payment although some items may take weeks for site deliveries if ordered from manufacturers. You will however be notified of this initially via email.

Accuracy of Information

BHL takes great care to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and specifications as provided by the manufacturers however, errors may occur. If you are in any doubt we recommend you contact our sales team or relevant manufacturer to discuss the product in more detail. The illustrations and colours are representative only. All sizes are approximate. All Items are subject to availability. All details, specifications, prices are accurate at time of publication, but may subsequently change. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown are as close as possible to the actual specification there may be slight variations due to the nature of the medium. All accessories are extra unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter specifications as advised by the manufacturers.

Pricing Errors

In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then BHL will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

Guarantee

All items are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. All goods sold comply with all applicable legislation and consumers are reminded that these items and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelled Orders

Cancelled orders will be subject to a 2% handling charge.

All delivered goods will be subject to a restocking charge. The percentage cost determined on an individual basis. Customers exercising their right to cancel an order must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to BHL (and or our suppliers) in an unused and as new condition complete in its original packaging and with all instructions and accessories. The return must include any premium offers or free gifts offered with the product. Alternatively BHL can arrange the return of the goods at the customers expense. BHL will refund the purchase price of the goods or services within 30 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete, less the cost of collection and delivery to BHL and or our suppliers where necessary and any restocking fee.

Returns Policy - Faulty Goods

We will refund the cost of the goods and the cost of returning the goods to us.. Your Statutory Rights are Not Affected.

Defective or Faulty Products

If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at any time please report this as soon as possible to the relevant manufacturers customer services. If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period they will arrange to replace or repair the goods as per the manufactures guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods in your home prior to replacement.

Trade selling prices excluding value added tax at the UK standard rate.

Extended warranties (Major Goods)

Available via the relevant manufacturer.

Privacy Policy

BHL use the information supplied by you through the ordering/registration page to process and fulfill your order. We will forward marketing emails to customers who decide against opting out of our email campaigns.
