The Baxi Combi Instant 105 HE – again
with the built-in advantage of recognisable
design - is SEDBUK Band B rated and provides
instantaneous hot water at 12.1 litres per
minute flow rate (at 35° temperature rise).
It comes complete with a pre-plumbing jig
and wall plate, and delivers a modulating
CH output of 11.3kW to 31kW (condensing).
Independent user controls for CH and DHW
are neatly hidden away, along with status
indicators for diagnostics and end user
operation. An integral timer is optional,
and there are extensive flue options.
