The original CO Detector was faulty so I rang your telephone support line. It was answered by Mark who made enquiries and rang back within 15 minutes to say that he couldn't contact the suppliers. The next day, he rang again and informed me that he had arranged for a replacement to be delivered yesterday. It arrived and works perfectly.
I would like to compliment Mark on his service, he is a credit to your company.
