Having looked at a lot of websites, I was impressed by your low prices and very clear presentation. I didn't order directly via the web because we needed the boiler urgently and I wanted to phone to make sure it was available, and when I did that you responded very clearly, and then phoned back promptly to say it was available. Not long afterwards we received a call telling us what day it would be delivered, and it has arrived exactly as promised. Our plumber hasn't installed it yet, but I just wanted to thank you for the excellent way this order has been handled, at a very good price. This is particularly appreciated since it was fairly urgent.
