Harlequin to present new bio-diesel tanks

Storage tank manufacturer Harlequin is to preview its new range of bio-diesel tanks at the Irish National Ploughing Championships.

The Harlequin stand at the event - which is to be held at Annaharvey Farm, Tullamore, on September 25th 2007 - is to display the tanks, developed in association with European company Centre Tank Services.

Offered in a choice of Standard or Arctic grades, the range can be used with bio-diesel grades of up to B100, in accordance with British Standard BS EN14214.

Standard grade models can be used with bio-diesel grades from B5 to B30 and have features including an automatic shut-off nozzle and a fuel-resistant delivery hose.

The Arctic grade - recommended for bio-diesel grades of B30 and greater - incorporates a thermostatically controlled heating system into the standard grade format, ensuring that the viscosity of higher-grade bio-diesel is maintained at low temperatures.

Among the products produced by Harlequin is the Harlequin 10000 Bunded Fuel Station.
