'Drunk' woman breaks police toilet
A woman taken to a police station after being pulled over for suspected drink-driving reportedly smashed up a
toilet in anger upon her arrival at headquarters.
The Post-Star reports that Chelsey Yvonne Allen was taken to the Glens Falls police station in New York to be booked after police smelled alcohol in her car and she was observed to have blood-shot eyes.
Police discovered she was also driving with a suspended licence and had unpaid tickets, the newspaper states.
"When she was processed, she busted our
toilet intentionally. She was mad," Glens Falls police chief Joseph Bethel told Post-Star.
Upon arrival at the law enforcement office, Ms Allen asked to use the
toilet before allegedly taking out her rage against the latrine.
It was recently reported that talking urinal cakes are warning US revellers against the perils of drink-driving.
