Cheryl was closely followed by fellow X Factor judge Simon Cowell (16 per cent) and cook Nigella Lawson (15 per cent).
However, when it came to the celebrities people would least like to visit for style ideas, Katie Price, aka Jordan, came out on top with 27 per cent of the vote, followed by the Queen and interior designer Lawrence Llewelyn-Bowen.
Home interiors journalist Chris Haslam shared some design ideas with the company, advising homeowners looking to inject some style inspiration into their bathroom suites to get experimental with tiles and textures, choose coloured tiles and invest in the best possible fixtures and fittings.
Julia Goodwin, editor at House Beautiful magazine, recently asserted that more homeowners are looking to add a personal touch to their properties.
