Worcester's Greensource air-to-air heat pumps 'cost effective'

Britons looking to keep their homes warm and cosy during the winter months, but cool during the summer, without having to fork out on high energy bills or watch their carbon footprint grow, have been advised that the Worcester's Greensource air-to-air heat pumps could be a solution.

According to Plumbing Park, the renewable energy appliance is not only cost-effective, but also an environmentally-friendly way of getting as much use as possible out of conservatories all year round.

And it is even recommended that the air-to-air pump could be installed in a garage, shed or workshop in order to create more usable space.

The pumps work by using the heat stored in the air outside to warm up a space, or cool it when it is too hot.

Furthermore, the units are ideal space savers as they can be fitted to an outside wall, rather than taking up room inside the home.

Air and ground source heat pumps do not rely on fossil fuels to heat the home, meaning that they are cheaper to run and have a lower carbon footprint.

Used in conjunction with solar panels, Britons may find they are able to significantly reduce their reliance on the world's finite resources.
