Bumford Heating Limited a successful plumbing contractor established in 1968. BHL have been online since 1998 providing goods to both trade and public.

Office Hours
BHL is online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year which means that you can place orders and send us e-mails all the time. During office hours you can call us on 0844 2571828 for telephone sales and enquiries;
Late Night Openings until 7pm Monday to Thursday.

Ordering
Order online via our secure website or call us during Office Hours - 0844 2571828. Orders may be faxed to 01226 369630 or posted to our head office (please do not include any credit card details on any correspondence)
Successful orders will be acknowledged via email. A second email usually with 48 (working) hours will advise an estimated delivery date.

Payment
We take payment with order. We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Maestro, Solo. Cheques can be posted to our head office. Online payment is secure and safe. We accept online payment via
Google Checkout or
Sage Pay. Upon reciept of your order we will email you a VAT invoice.
Stock Checker
If you require further clarification of stock availability please visit our

Delivery
Delivery of your order will usually be 2-5 working days from receipt of order, however some items may have longer or indeed shorter lead times. Deliveries take place Monday thru' Friday. If you require further clarification, please visit our
Stock Checker to check availability before ordering. We regret that collection of products is unavailable. There may be more than one delivery to satisfy an order.
We will contact you by email with an estimated delivery date within 2 working days of an order being processed. We will then send you a further email before delivery to confirm the delivery date. If you would like delivery on a specific date please advise on the online ordering form.
We use third party suppliers and carriers for delivery. A signature will always be required. We use only one delivery driver so heavy items will require assistance.

Delivery Cost
Delivery is FREE for UK (England, Wales & Southern Scotland) orders over £50 excluding vat. Delivery for Northern Scotland may be subject to a delivery surcharge. Please
contact us for details. Orders below £50 are subject to an £10.00 exc vat carriage charge.
Delivery for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and offshore islands will be subject to a delivery surcharge. Please
contact us for further details before ordering.

Installation
BHL do not offer an installation service. Important,
use a professional for installation of gas appliances.
We recommend that you do not arrange the installation of your order until all items have been delivered and checked.
Export
BHL regularly export plumbing and heating products to all five continents. If you would like a quote for shipping costs please contact us.
Product Advice
BHL will endeavour to assist with pre-purchase technical questions where possible. However if you are unsure of product suitability etc. please contact the relevant manufacturer direct.
Please be aware that some products require additional products to function. We list these products under
Related Products. If you are unsure of your requirements please
contact us, speak with your installer or speak with the relevant manufacturer.
Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel at any time preceding despatch of your goods. If you decide to return, you are responsible for the costs of carriage and of insuring the goods in transit. Upon receipt of the goods in pristine re-saleable condition, you will be refunded. Please be aware, returns of some goods may be subject to a restocking charge.
