New toilet to end soggy moggy misery
An enterprising lady down under has taken her cue from Hollywood for the latest
toilet innovation.
After watching pet pussy Mr Jinx tastefully tinkle in the film Meet the Parents, Australian Jo Lapidge got to work on her own feline flushing phenomenon.
"Say goodbye to smelly, messy litter trays as Tiddles could be using your
toilet in just eight weeks," declared Ms Lapidge.
"It may sound potty but Litter Kwitter is the 'purrfect' alternative to returning
home after a long day to the stench of a soiled and soaking litter tray," she continued, explaining that the novelty functions via three colour-coded discs that fit onto a special
toilet seat.
After red and amber discs, stated Ms Lapidge, a green disc enables a cat to "happily perch on the
toilet seat itself, leaving nothing behind but what has been submerged and maybe the copy of Cat Weekly they were reading."
The cat owner emphasised that teaching her pet Doogie to follow in Mr Jinx's potty-trained paw-steps was easier than getting her own son to use the
toilet.
Estimating that the average cat owner splashes out around £2,000 on kitty litter over ten years, the eco-aware
toilet trainer concluded that less litter going to landfill would also benefit the environment.
